Chuck Missler is the Founder and President of Koinonia Institute and Koinonia House. It is Chuck’s vision for this ministry that brings us together. His aim has always been to stimulate us to dig into the Bible ourselves because he knows that as we study there is a real opportunity for us to encounter the God of the Universe. That remains his vision and goal for this conference.
Bob Cornuke
BASE Institute
Bob Cornuke is a biblical investigator, international explorer and author of nine books. He has participated in over fifty expeditions around the world searching for lost locations described in the Bible. Bob has appeared on National Geographic Channel, CBS, NBC’s Dateline, Good Morning America, CNN, MSNBC, Fox, ABC, History Channel and Ripley’s Believe It or Not. Bob is currently the President of the Bible Archaeology Search and Exploration (BASE) Institute located in Colorado Springs, CO. He also serves as special advisor for the National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools and was invited by the President’s staff to conduct a Bible study for White House personnel. Bob has earned a Masters of Arts Biblical Studies and a Ph.D. in Bible and Theology from Louisiana Baptist University.
Gary Stearman

Gary Stearman serves as the CEO and host of Prophecy Watchers. Gary loves to teach people the deeper things of Bible prophecy. His unique perspective on world events has made him a valuable prophetic resource for friends all across the world. Since 1983 Gary has been the pastor of the Bible Church in Oklahoma City — Grace Fellowship. Beginning in 1987, he worked in partnership with J.R. Lieutenant Colonel Robert “Bob” Maginnis, US Army (retired) is an experienced and internationally known expert on national security and foreign affairs. Bob is the vice president for a Maryland-based business that services the U.S. Government and he supervises a team of international specialists at the Pentagon. He is also a broadcast analyst for radio and television networks and a frequent guest on Fox News and CNN. His latest book, Never Submit, will be released in August 2015. Bob and his wife, Jan, live in northern Virginia.
Dr. William Welty
Executive Director, The ISV Foundation
William Welty is Executive Director of the ISV Foundation, producers of the Holy Bible: International Standard Version. He is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School of Deerfield, Illinois and holds a Ph.D. from Louisiana Baptist University. Dr. Welty also serves as Research Analyst in Advanced Communication Technologies and Adjunct Professor of Middle Eastern Studies on the faculty of Koinonia Institute. He and Chuck co-authored the book, I, Jesus: an Autobiography. William has been on the board of Directors of Koinonia House since 2009.
Dr. Steve Elwart

Steve monitors KI’s ten strategic trends throughout the world and shows how today’s events fit into God’s plan for us. Steve’s “tent-making” job is as an executive with the oil industry. He has spent that time not only working in industry, but also with many governmental agencies. Steve has served as a consultant to three Presidential Administrations, the Office of Director of National Intelligence, and the National Security Council. Steve also works with the Departments of Homeland Security and Energy as a Subject Matter Expert on cybersecurity and Industrial Control Systems. Steve has written over 200 papers covering Biblical studies, cybersecurity, automation, and geopolitics, and he has lectured at the West Point Military Academy, national laboratories, universities, and conferences across North America.
