Today we continue our study in Deuteronomy with chapter 23 with some uncomfortable topics. The temptation is to skip over those uncomfortable areas of scripture, but we at CCB are committed to verse by verse study and so we don’t skip anything. And that’s good, because we know that, “All scripture is profitable” (2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV). So, to our benefit, we don’t avoid the uncomfortable, because it holds very practical spiritual lessons for us.
